The club is able to offer small group sessions for up to 20 participants, providing a different option for team-building or just a fun activity with friends.
Sessions include safety briefings, coaching and usually end up with some competitive fun and games.
Bookings are limited, particularly in the lead up to Tokyo.

During 2018's National Radiographers and Radiation Therapists Week, the club hosted a group session for the cancer professionals from the Adem Crosby Centre at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
Along with the coaching and fun, Ryan Tyack gave a tailored presentation on his Olympic journey and key success factors for precision team work.
The session also raised funds for Team Adem.
